Meridium Global Pty Ltd is an Australian company and a wholly owned division of Viva Leisure Limited (ASX: VVA), a health and leisure operator listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Meridium Global builds and operates the member management, payments, access control and data infrastructure behind Viva Leisure's national fitness network. The platform was developed in-house to run the network's daily operations: memberships and joining, recurring billing and settlement, credentialled entry to unattended locations, and consolidated reporting across sites.

The same infrastructure is available to operators beyond the Viva Leisure network. Products built on it, including Hotel.Fitness, Club Lime Flex, Fling Pass and UNI.FIT, already serve members, guests and students at participating locations.
